THE FATHER’S CARE

To see the Father (The Ancient of days) clearly, you can look at Jesus on Earth ... WHY ?? read on . . .

Heb 1:1-3 (NIV)

1 In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,

2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe.

3 The Son is the radiance of God's glory AND THE EXACT REPRESENTATION OF HIS BEING, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

Heb 1:3 a (KJV)

3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and THE EXPRESS IMAGE OF HIS PERSON, and upholding all things by the word of his power . . .

Heb 1:3 a (NAS)

3 And He is the radiance of His GLORY AND THE EXACT REPRESENTATION OF HIS NATURE, and upholds all things by the word of His power. . .

Jesus Himself said, “I tell you the truth, the Son can do NOTHING by himself; HE CAN DO ONLY WHAT HE SEES HIS FATHER DOING, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.

NOW lets look at the Father’s Care in the words and actions of Jesus:

Matt 15:30-39 (NIV)

30 Great crowds came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them ( by the way .. who is doing the healing (see above verse)).

31 The people were amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing. And they praised the God of Israel.

32 Jesus called his disciples to him and said, "I HAVE COMPASSION FOR THESE PEOPLE; THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN WITH ME THREE DAYS AND HAVE NOTHING TO EAT. I DO NOT WANT TO SEND THEM AWAY HUNGRY, OR THEY MAY COLLAPSE ON THE WAY."

33 His disciples answered, "Where could we get enough bread in this remote place to feed such a crowd?"

34 "How many loaves do you have?" Jesus asked. "Seven," they replied, "and a few small fish."

35 He told the crowd to sit down on the ground.

36 Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, and when he had given thanks, he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and they in turn to the people.

37 They all ate and were satisfied. Afterward the disciples picked up seven basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

38 The number of those who ate was four thousand, besides women and children.

39 After Jesus had sent the crowd away, he got into the boat and went to the vicinity of Magadan.

Luke 7:11-16 (NIV)

11 Soon afterward, Jesus (the exact representation of the nature of the Father) went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went along with him.

12 As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out-- the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her.

13 When the Lord saw her, HIS HEART WENT OUT TO HER and he said, "Don't cry."

14 Then he went up and touched the coffin, and those carrying it stood still. He said, "Young man, I say to you, get up!"

15 The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother.

16 They were all filled with awe and praised God. "A great prophet has appeared among us," they said. "God has come to help his people."

Mark 5:18-19 (KJV)

18 And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him.

19 Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and HATH HAD COMPASSION ON THEE.

Matt 9:35-38 (KJV)

35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

36 BUT WHEN HE SAW THE MULTITUDES, HE WAS MOVED WITH COMPASSION ON THEM, BECAUSE THEY FAINTED, AND WERE SCATTERED ABROAD, AS SHEEP HAVING NO SHEPHERD.

37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;

38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Finally, lets look at Psalm 23: (Once again remember that Jesus is not only the Great Shepherd, but also the “THE EXACT REPRESENTATION OF HIS [the Father’s] BEING”)

Ps 23:1-6 (NIV)

1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. (Isn’t that a father’s responsibility? My FATHER LOVES ME and Cares for me :)

2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,

3 he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies (I wonder if there is any Children’s Bread [healing] on that table?). You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

6 Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
